Job Responsibilities:
Chat Process:
- Handle customer queries via chat and email platforms
- Resolve issues related to product, billing, and general support
- Maintain proper service etiquette and data accuracy
- Typing speed of 30 WPM and above is preferred
Service Desk (Voice Support):
- Attend inbound technical support calls from international clients
- Help users with issues related to email, VPN, password resets, or general access
- Escalate advanced technical queries to Level 2 teams
- Ensure proper documentation of each call using internal systems
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills – written for chat support, verbal for voice support
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, Windows OS, and email tools
- Customer-focused approach with patience and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts
